Catherine-Jean Macheda (Cathi) – a realtor for 26 years – she has spent 25 of those years with Action USA*Rader Realty! July 2019 she became the Broker of Record after years of top notch mentoring by her dear dear friend, Shirley M Rader. She plans to continue to serve Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Renters, and those needing Property Management as Shirley has taught her – with care, compassion, consistency, and personal attention to each and every customer, client, and associate. We continue to build a team of agents here to help you!! 

Cathi continues to enjoy a long time Lawrence / Ewing presence with many folks she happily calls her friends – a 1981 LHS graduate, she served with the Lawrence Township First Aid Squad for many years. Married her lifelong friend, Jim, and moved to nearby Ewing Township where they raised two children – Jay & Catiee – and returning to Lawrence to continue the family graduation tradition. 

Cathi has volunteered with the Ewing Schools, Lawrence-Hamnett Soccer, Lawrence Ewing Trenton Girl Scouts, Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey, Boy Scout Troop #33, Venture Crew #414. Cathi continues to volunteer with the Girl Scouts, in addition to Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary #3022 Lawrence, and the New Jersey Jeep Association. She is also well known to have successfully raised three Seeing Eye Puppies in Training.
